Should a class be cancelled by Little Rhymes with Lucy, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

If a parent or carer requests a refund with at least 48 hours’ notice before the class, a refund will be offered. However, this refund will be issued minus any commission fees already paid to third-party platforms such as Happity and Stripe, as these platforms take a percentage at the time of booking which is non-recoverable.

Refunds will not be given to parents or carers who choose not to attend, forget to attend, or miss a class for any reason. By booking a session, you agree that no refunds will be issued in cases of sickness, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances including ‘Acts of God’ or ‘Force Majeure’ events.

By attending any Little Rhymes with Lucy session, party, or event, parents and carers agree to constantly supervise all children in their care and to take full responsibility for them at all times. While Little Rhymes with Lucy takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of its sessions, participation involves physical activity, which naturally carries some risk of injury.

It is the responsibility of the parent or carer to consult with their child’s physician regarding any past or current injuries, illnesses, health issues, or medications that may impact their child’s ability to safely take part in our classes. By participating, the parent or carer accepts these risks and agrees to take full responsibility for any injury that may occur.

In the event of any injury or incident, Little Rhymes with Lucy will not be held liable. Parents and carers agree to discharge and hold harmless Little Rhymes with Lucy from any claims or liability arising from injuries to children, other individuals, or damage to property caused by participation in our sessions.

Little Rhymes with Lucy also does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by a pupil, parent, or carer either during a class or while on the premises where a class is held.

We reserve the right to exclude any parent, carer, or pupil from a class—either temporarily or permanently—if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unacceptable within the class environment.

Lastly, any claim made against Little Rhymes with Lucy must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident. Failure to do so will result in the claim being considered invalid.
